• Information you provide at the time of registration. This shall include corporate information like GST and PAN no, your billing and shipping address, details of your statutory licenses, transit insurance policies, general corporate information such as company type, turnover, no of people, bank account details, and the name and email ID of Authorized Representative at your firm
• List of products that you deal in, which is the data that you provide when you assign a product
• In the case where you are creating a Common User Group (“CUG”), details of your vendors and the products you normally purchase from them, as provided by you at the time of registration
• All transaction related information including RFQ’s raised, your responses and acceptance of an RFQ and products that you list for frontend selling and your acceptance of a buyer interest to such listings.
• Information we obtain from a third party, such as a site or platform provider, about use of our applications on third-party platforms or devices
• Activity information about the use of our website through your registered ID
• Call recordings when you speak to our customer service representative and any information exchanged through sms, emails, whatapp with the Company team on any matter related to your use.
• By registering on sarvampharma.com and undertaking transactions on the platform, you agree to receive transaction notifications on your registered email ID and phone number. In addition, we shall also share important related to new services introduced and other such important updates that, we believe could be relevant for the Company to deliver a superior service and usage experience on the platform.

• We collect information when you choose to register on the platform, when you use the services to initiate and complete a transaction on the platform, deliver or receive shipment and when you make or receive payments. We also collect information when you interact with our customer service team.

• We acquire information from the use of third-party apps to collect or validate the information that you provide to us, such as GST no, postal code, etc.

 

Use of information by the Company

Company shall strictly use the confidential information in the following manner:

• In relation to a transaction undertaken on the platform, your identify and all transaction information is shared with the counterparty to the transaction upon confirmation of a deal, which is when an advance payment has been made by the Buyer into the Escrow Account
• KYC data (for completing account registration with the respective partners) and final transaction information is shared with our partners Yes Bank Limited, In-Solutions Global Private Limited and Pickrr Technologies Private Limited (together referred as “Partners”). Our partners provide integral services covering Payment Aggregation (Yes Bank), Payment Processing (ISG) and Logistics services (Pickkr). • Share limited specific information with third party apps solely to validate information provided by you
• Information related to completed transactions (excluding client specific data) shall be aggregated by Sarvam and used to provide insights and market trends on specific products and brands
• Communicate with you about your account and your transaction activity on the platform
• Provide you targeted advertising, personalized content and experiences and send you offer and promotional materials with a view to enhance your use experience

 

Data Security and Integrity

The security and integrity of your data is paramount to the Company and we have taken commercially reasonable measures to prevent theft unauthorized use, access or disclosures. We use 128 bit-encryption and a TLS 1.2 protocol for transmitting the information.

 

Cookies

We can place cookies and other similar technology on your device, including mobile device, in accordance with your preferences set. We shall collect information that shall include your unique device identifier, device IP address, information about your device’s operating system, mobile carrier and your location information (to the extent permissible under applicable law). The invalidity or unenforceability of any part of this Policy shall not prejudice or affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of this Policy.

The obligation of confidentiality shall not be applicable where the Company is required to disclose any information to (i) governmental and statutory bodies, (ii) information disclosed in compliance with applicable law, (iii) shared with our Partners for the delivery of services, (iv) shared with our bankers and investors under terms of confidentiality obligations that are in no way weaker than those covered under the Policy.

 

The information that is collected from the users are stored on cloud servers that may be located inside or outside India. User acknowledges that data transmission over the internet cannot always be guaranteed as completely secure. By using sarvampharma.com website and submitting information, the user accepts the inherent security risk and implications of data transmission over the internet and agrees to the transfer, storage and processing of its information.
